Cancellations & Rescheduling. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment, a 24 hr notice, at least, is required. A cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed service. The cancellation fee must be paid before additional services can be booked. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Additions. Any additions to services such as foot detox or aromatherapy will be added to the total of the services that day. Oils can be purchased here. If I have an extra oil you need on hand, payment of oil is due upfront.
Payment Plans. Payment plans can be set up and spread out to a maximum of 4 weeks. A follow-up appointment cannot be made until the previous service has been fully paid.
Credit Cards. An additional fee of $2.75 will be added to help offset processing fees when using credit cards.
After-Hour or Emergency Appointments. After-hour or emergency appointments can be scheduled for an additional $30+ fee. The ability to schedule these appointments depends on availability and may not always be available.
Lending of Equipment. Tools borrowed by clients need to be returned in 1 week. Clients will be charged a total of $15 per additional week. Clients who do not return items will be charged the full amount of the equipment.
