Massages

Therapeutic Massage $40-30 Minutes/$65- 45 Minutes/ $85 -60 Minutes/ $110 -90 Minutes
Manipulation of the body's soft tissue to stimulate circulation and promote relaxation. Improves movement while healing muscle and tissue damage and pain. Helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem—such as a frozen shoulder, or sports injury. Therapeutic massage is often associated with deep tissue massage.

Deep Tissue Massage $105- 60 Minutes/ $130- 90 Minutes Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to release chronic tension. It uses slow firm pressure and focused techniques to break up adhesions, improve mobility, and increase blood flow. This type of massage can feel intense at times, but it's especially helpful for persistent muscle pain, stiffness, and areas that feel "stuck". It's designed to reset tight muscles and support long-term relief.

Reflexology Massage$85- 60 Minutes
The application of pressure without oils or lotions to either the hands or feet to unblock built up energy and promote health to the area in your body corresponding with the pressure point on the hand or foot.

Pregnancy Massage $85-60 Minutes
A relaxation massage specifically tailored for the expectant and addresses the needs of the mother-in-bloom.

Lymph Drainage Massage $135-60 Minutes
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle form of massage utilizing long rhythmic strokes to encourage your body's natural lymphatic flow. This technique can help boost your immune system, reduce pain and swelling post-injury or surgery, decrease water retention, and treat lymphedema. Essential oils such as Frankincense, Ginger Lemongrass, and Citrus oils are applied to the skin to help with drainage of the lymphatic system. This technique is highly recommended before surgery.

Post - Surgical MLD Massage$135-60 Minutes
A manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) massage is a unique and gentle form of massage that increases blood flow and promotes recovery by targeting the lymphatic system.  The lymphatic system helps process waste and absorbs fluids. After surgery, these fluids can harden, leading to scar tissue, fibrosis, and a limited range of motion. A post-surgical massage prevents and treats this hardening of fluids by reducing inflammation and promoting circulation to the affected area.
Benefits include:

  • Faster soft tissue repair

  • Reduces scar tissue and fibrosis

  • Improves pain and inflammation

Your health and safety are always a priority. During this special procedure, the room is properly and thoroughly sanitized prior to and post-massage. Additional health and safety precautions that take place include, but are not limited to, the use of masks, gloves, disposable sheets along with the proper removal and disposal of body-related fluids and bandages.
